The choice of paper layers is very important because these sheets are what increase or decrease part of the strength and stability of the cardboard, which consists of flat sheets and corrugated paper sheets.

Structure : Single (three-layer) cartons consist of one layer of corrugated cardboard surrounded by two lining boards. Double (five-layer) cartons are made of two layers of corrugated cardboard, which increases durability. Strength : Double (five-layer) cartons provide greater resistance to crushing and have higher wear resistance than single (three-layer) cartons. Uses : Double (five-layer) cartons are suitable for packing lightweight and fragile items due to their superior protection, while single (three-layer) cartons are more suitable for packing smaller and less delicate items.
